Billing & Subscription Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, billing, and downgrades work.


1. Billing Cycle

Plans renew monthly on the same calendar date.


2. Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately.
You will be charged a prorated amount when applicable.


3. Downgrading

Users cannot downgrade if their spaces or nodes exceed the limits of the target plan.
You must clean up spaces/nodes first.


4. Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We will retry several times.
  • If still unsuccessful, we may restrict access until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
Your plan stays active until the billing period ends.
