1. About Kaleidoscope MX

Kaleidoscope MX is a web-based visual knowledge platform that lets users create, store, and share hierarchical structures such as mind maps and connected information.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • You must not share your account with other people.

3. Your Content

  • You own all content you create.
  • You give us permission to store and process your content so the service can function.
  • We do not claim any ownership over your mind maps, images, or data.

4. Sharing Content

Kaleidoscope MX allows unlisted public links.

When you choose to share:

  • Anyone with the link can view the content (read-only).
  • Links are not indexed by search engines unless you explicitly enable this in the future.
  • You are responsible for what you share and who you share it with.
  • Future updates may allow:
    • Read-only sharing
    • Editable sharing
    • Password-protected sharing

You must not share content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Image Uploads

You may upload images with size limits.
You must not upload harmful, illegal, infringing, or abusive imagery.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the platform.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Share content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
